S2JS - More HTML and introducing <b>CSS</b> : HTML revisited

Recall at the start of S2JS, we introduced a couple of simple HTML tags, like <img> for displaying images, and <h1> to make a heading.

Remember the rules in HTML are that upper/lower case doesn't matter, and neither do spaces and blank lines.

Pretty much every web page in the world is built using HTML.
