S2JS - More HTML and introducing <b>CSS</b> : HTML canvas and script

We also introduced <canvas> and <script>.

Just enough to make a bare minimum life-support system for a web page with some Javascript running on it.

This let us start drawing shapes, and animating images. And got us writing code.
