Flappy Bird is a "very clicky" game - you click (or touch, or press) a lot. A whole lot.
The problem occurs if you accidentally click once too often after colliding with a pipe. Your finger is in "click like crazy" mode, but the "over over" message flashes up and you click one time more than you intended, and the game instantly starts again.
What we need is a slight delay, so when the "game over" message appears, a second must elapse before you can click to start the new game.
